Despite computer models continuing to show the area of low pressure well off the Georgia/Florida coast turning into our next named storm, satellite pictures tonight indicate that process will be a slow one. Why? There is a digging(deepening) trough that is producing far too strong of an upper flow (wind shear) across this system and not allowing T-Storms to rotate around a well define surface circulation.
