With the center of Humberto still over the warm Gulf waters, he continues to strengthen approaching hurricane force in the right front quadrant tonight. The NHC forecast brings him inland before daybreak along the Texas/Louisiana border. Hopefully that will happen because if Humberto veers more to the right, he'll remain over water longer making it possible for him to reach a Cat. 1 hurricane. Regardless, it appears the main impact to SE Louisiana will be heavy rain potenti.....
